OUR STORY
How Hopeistan Came About
Hopeistan was born from lived experience, family, and more than a decade of work in soft skills, leadership, and human performance. Through our own struggles, parenting journey, and professional challenges, what began as training became a mission.
After COVID-19 it grew clearer - former students reached out not just for career advice, but for guidance on health, confidence, purpose, money, and discipline. That led to SLG (Share, Learn & Grow): one daily post to help people move forward.

Khawaja Saud Masud
Founder & Chief Hope Officer
Saud is the founder of Hopeistan and the architect behind Hope OS - a practical human potential development system built to train hope, strength, skills, health, and agency at scale.
His work brings together nearly three decades of experience across finance, strategy, management, entrepreneurship, fitness, coaching, mentoring, and human development.
After years across Wall Street, Fortune 500 environments, global startups, the Middle East, Pakistan, Japan, and the development sector, Saud saw the same gap everywhere: people were not short of potential. They were short of systems that helped them turn potential into progress.
Hopeistan is his mission to build real hope in the world - practical, measurable, science-backed, deeply human, and delivered through schools, universities, workplaces, trainers, coaches, families, and communities.
Dr. Rubina Daud
Founding Director of Education & Training
Dr. Rubina Daud brings more than four decades of experience in education, mentoring, school leadership, curriculum, and teacher development.
With 43+ years in education, including over 30 years as a lecturer, she has worked across schools, colleges, and universities, helping shape students, teachers, and institutions with both academic depth and human understanding.
At Hopeistan, she leads the education and training foundation - guiding curriculum, teacher training, school implementation, and the integration of Hope Skills, life skills, wellbeing, and human development into learning environments.
Her work helps ensure Hopeistan is not just inspirational, but practical, age-appropriate, and grounded in real educational settings.
Ryaan Khawaja Saud
Co-Founder, Youth & Global Initiatives
Ryaan represents the next generation of Hopeistan.
As Co-Founder, Youth & Global Initiatives, he brings the voice, energy, and lived perspective of young people navigating a fast-changing world.
An American-Pakistani with deep roots in both countries, Ryaan helps connect Hopeistan’s mission to students, young professionals, schools, youth organizations, and global partners.
His role spans youth outreach, facilitation support, content, partnerships, and global expansion - helping make Hopeistan more relatable, accessible, and real for the next generation.
Ryaan stands for the belief that young people do not just need motivation. They need direction, confidence, life skills, health, discipline, mentorship, and systems that help them build a future they can actually live.
